A couple of things come to mind:
1. How long does it take for the battery to discharge? If it takes overnight near could be something small that is staying on that is draining the power. To check for this try disconnecting the battery over dark. Is the battery dead in the morning? If yes at hand is somethng wrong with the battery! If not go on to subsequent step.
2. Some replacement alternators today are low quality and are bad right out of the box. Try this: With the engine running turn on the high spar headlights. Rev the engine a bit, the headlights should brighten a bit. If they don't there could be something wrong with the alternator.
3. The best thing to do would be to check the voltage at the mobile while the engine is running. It should be 13.5 volts or a little higher. If its not the alternator is probably bad.
