1994Sierra, I Took It Through Water .My License Plates Lights Didn't Work Or Did My Gauges. What Is It?

Simple. Don't know how deep the water was, but ws low enough to get water on electrical connections that are not rainproof. License plate light is just a snap in bulb. Many electrical harness run thru frame or enter/exit car by floorboards. Electicity follows the path of least resistance, you altered the catwalk by introducing moisture.
Comment: So i can just peplace the blubs on my license plate? Like those lights or the gages don't light up( my question be a little hazy) and my horn doesn't work ( minimal words in the question, didn't own enough to add that), so where do you believe the problem could be?
