If your are referring to the radiator cooling fan, and it keeps running after you turn off the ignition switch, next it is probably a relay switch that is staying on , (Stuck), which should shut down when you turn the key off.
It may stay on for cooling reason my ford winstar does it for about 5 minutes until it shuts off
