Heater Will Not Blow Hot Air On 1999 Ford F-150, Can You Help?

There are a couple reasons why a heater won't work, since you didn't give any details, here are some of the greatest hits!
If the blower motor isn't working contained by could be either a blown fuse, a faulty switch, or a dead blower motor!
If the Heater Core is clogged or plugged up it won't circulate coolant through it so the bake transfer can't take place and allow the blower motor to blow it into the cab!
If you smell an irregular or weird smell, and it appears to be coming from the passenger side, then it probably the Heater Core, also check for leaks of coolant into Th minicab or under the truck. If there is a leak into the hackney cab, it's the Heater Core. If it's outside the truck, pop the hood and inspect all the hoses, if any are leaking, replace them, or if they just look mature and worn and cracked! But look close at the two hoses that attach to the Firewall on the pass side, those are the hoses that circulate hot coolant to and from the Heater Core! If they're leaking, replace!
A thermostat won't do much for the problem you speak of!
