How Do I Know How Much A Coin Error Is Worth?
I have a 2004 Florida state quarter with some errors on it. One small cut right next to the "A" surrounded by Florida and one larger cut diagonal from the space craft and on the edge of the coin exposing the copper. Does anyone know what its worth?
Answer:
Its value depends on how deep the cuts are, the condition of the coin, where on earth you try to sell it, and when you try to sell it. For your particular coin I would single try to sell to a coin dealer for the most amount of money and I would expect that it would go from $10 to $20, but since I can't see it and your description wasn't clear satisfactory that is only a rough estimate.
