If they were dropped from a great height the golf ball would undoubtedly hit the ground first and most expected the tennis ball would hit last. The dimples on a golf ball create turbulence around the globe that decrease the size of the wake behind it. Also drag is proportional to the a cross part of the ball and since a baseball and tennis ball are larger they would experience more drag. The only item the baseball has going in it's favor over the golf ball is it's mass the force of gravity is mass times the acceleration due to gravity(9.8 meters per second) this give it more force downward. But I do not think that this would affect it enough and ultimately the golf ball would win out.
