You need a frame and a horizontal crank motor (like lawn mower engine that is flipped on its side). But you can't simply use a lawn mower engine because they are nt made to run on their sides. You need to find a special one. I have a 3 1/2 horsepower Briggs and Stratton engine similar to that. You can find frames on ebay I'm sure. Then you need a centrifugal clutch that will run the chain.
