How To Play Pole Vault?
Answer:
Pole Vault is basically an athletics sports. In this sports the sportsman uses a long and flexible pole in order to leap over a slab. The pole is made up of fiberglass or carbon fiber. This sport has a long standing history and has been played at the time of ancient Greeks.
This team game is played by accomplishing some steps. First of all the vaulter sprints down the runway such that he achieves maximum speed and an appropriate take-off position when he reach the pit. The pole is upright and is gradually lowered upon reaching the pit.
Then the vaulter raises his arm up till they are fully outstretched above his organizer. The right arm is above the head and the left arm is perpendicular to the pole. Then the vaulter drops the pole tip into the box and jump off the trail leg and drives front knee forward. The pole bends and the vaulter come up and forward, leaving the pole trailing him.
Then he swings his trail leg forward and rows and pushes his top arm down to the hips. The hips are then extended upwards with outstretched legs and the vaulter is positioned upside down. The pole recoils and the vaulter is propelled upward totally quickly. He turns 180 Degree toward the pole while extending the arms down past the head and shoulders. The body starts angling towards the pole and the turn is executed. Then he pushes off the pole and releases it so it falls away from the bar. His body goes over the dowel and lands safely on the mats on the other side.
