How Much Is A Buffalo Nickel From 1936 With F On It?
Answer:
As with all collectibles the value of a coin is dependent on numerous factor, some of which include its condition, denomination, country of origin, mintmark (if any), market at the time, any errors, etc. The F on it is not a mintmark it is the designers initial. In poor condition yours is probably worth $4 in apposite condition between $5 to $7 if it were in perfect condition (absolutely no scratch not worn, etc.) then it would be worth around $30,000 (but I doubt yours is in this kind of condition). NOW if your is one of the scarce three and a half legged varieties (look at the legs of the buffalo and if one of the legs is half gone later it is one of the rare errors) then it is worth much more. In poor condition it would be worth about $600 contained by good condition anywhere between $5000 and $20,000 depending on how good, and if it were within perfect condition (which like I said earlier is VERY unlikely) later it would be worth around $100,000.
Comment: Wow, um, why did you give me a 1 star rating? I think I deserve a little better than that considering I (apparently wasted) 5 minutes of my energy trying to help you.
