I Can't Still Save The Message Tones Downloaded. The Only Settings To Save Them Is Into Either As Ringing Tone, Caller Tone Or Alarm Tone. I'm Just Discourage How This Doesn't Work Out. Any Ideas?
Its still from my SGH-E250 which i just got early this month to replace my antediluvian phone but operating a new samsung brand phone makes it non-friendly to users.
And its packaging doesnt include any USB cable or disc that i can install to my PC not even a micro-sd card.

It does not thing if it does not give you an option to save the tones as message tones. Basically, ringing tones, guest tones and alarm tones are the main categories in which you would want to use the tones that you download. You can release them in any category. Then if you want to use them as message tones, you can go to your message tone settings, browse the gallery of all the tones from the resort, enter the folder/category you saved the tone in and select it from there to use it as your message tone.
