I don't participate in it, and I never will, so it doesn't really affect me. I keep on a little longer, because up here in ak. The prices drop as you get closer to x-mas. I shop next. Hope this helps.
Comment: I bought a small rca tv(13") only because mine blew up...found one cheaper than they were advertise for on sale two weeks earlier...could not believe it .it was in fact cheaper than a portable($114)...i'm still waiting for the actual sales after christmas at least that's when my sister says adjectives the big sales are...I'm really looking for a chainsaw for under a hundred dollars...their almost there in a minute at 109 dollars for a homelite brand and 129 dollars for a craftsman...sorry just thinking out loud...later
