What Is Electric Brae?

Answer:
The Electric Brae is the name of a stretch of road which runs on a hill on the A719 between Dunure and Croy Bay in Ayrshire, Scotland.  On this mound D with care D you can stop your car, exit the handbrake and foot brakes off and your car will roll up the hill.

It be originally thought to be a phenomenon caused by electric or magnetic attraction that caused cars to roll up the hummock. Unfortunately this was proved not to be the case. It is an optical illusion. The ground on either side of the road is aligned in such a way that the slope appears to be going within the opposite direction, so the car is infact rolling downhill.
