If We Open The Door Of A Fridge In A Fully Closed Room, Does The Room Become Cold?

Answer:
The simple answer to that question is "No". To understand this we need to deduce the way a fridge works.

A fridge works by pumping a refrigerant gas around a closed circuit.
This gas has a boiling point of around -30 degrees Celsius. The pump at the support of the refrigerator pressurizes the gas and it becomes hot. This heat is dissipated in the black tubes at the hindmost of the fridge.

The refrigerant gas, under pressure but not so hot condenses to a pressurized liquid. This liquid go through a narrow tube into the tubes inside the fridge where its pressure is reduced. As the liquid is far hotter than its boiling point (-30 degree C) it immediately boils and it's temperature is reduced to its boiling point. This cools the inside of the fridge.

           Afte
r being completely turned backbone into gas, the refrigerant exits the fridge and is pressurized again. It cycles around this closed circuit constantly.

What can be seen is that the heat which is taken away inside the fridge is dissipated outside the fridge, so the fridge in the closed room would be both reducing the heat and increasing it.

This is why air conditioning units have a section outside, to dissipate heat away from the room being cooled.
