How Do I Teach My 30 Years Old Son?
My son is 30 years old. When he gets angry at a family appendage (father, brother), he tells them why he is mad and afterwards doesn't speak to them for a month or longer. When I tell him it is okay to seize angry, but it is not okay to give someone the silent treatment for a long period of time. He says this is the instrument they will get the point about what he is saying. I said bargain it out , forgive him and let the anger go. What else can I do? He is a good character.

It sounds like you're doing the right thing to talk to him something like the lack of communication. So many problems seem to stem from that it seem... Maybe it would be helpful to arrange family meetings when things discern tense or sticky. I would also encourage the other family member to talk to your son when he gets upset, too. Maybe a phone call doesn't come across like a big deal, but it's so difficult for me to hold a grudge when someone I love is calling to say something approaching, "Hey, I'm so sorry for the tension. I know we see things differently, but my relationship with you is so high-status to me and I really want to patch things up." I don't know if it's possible to force another human being in to a new behavior guide, but I do believe that positive reinforcement and encouragement are helpful in many situations. I hope this is conscientious and I hope that things start to feel more comfortable for everyone in the family. :)
I enjoy two brothers and a step-brother and when I get mad I try to talk it out near them and apologize-I'll go to my room for a while and just calm down after I'll think about what happened. After that I have a feeling kinda bad for what I did. Later in the day we usually start to yak for a while.This even kinda happened to me yesterday.
