Answer:
No, in most state's it's illegal to carry a gun except to turn hunting, fishing, or camping. You can however carry in public places If you own a concealed weapons permit. So carrying a gun in a public place is not a upright idea, unless you have a concealed weapons contract. Although a lot of people ignore that imperative and do it anyway without a concealed weapons permit.
My personal feelings though is that obtaining a concealed weapons permit is too difficult for the average being, especially in specific state's. I do believe though that every one should get proper training before one allowed to carry in public.
With the proper training with guns would be required first
