What If The Landlord Wants Money After You Move?
We moved in with no security deposit and presently that we moved out they want money. The house is not livable for any and they didn't keep up on it. The house was trashed when we moved in and we gone it the same when we moved.

To be honest without it being agreed upon and in a written lease they cannot charge you and to return with the money they would have to take you to court and prove you caused any trash if any.
