Do I Have The Right To Break The Lease Over An Unreasonably Loud Neighbor Keeping Me Up At Night?

I have a neighbor in the upstairs apartment who is making noise constantly, endless and it's driving me crazy. Sometimes it's so bad that my windows rattle. They save me up at night and I've complained until I am blue in the face. I can't live resembling this anymore. Don't I have some rights in this?

Answer:
Absolutely. When you say you hold complained several times, i'm assuming you mean to the landlord. Make sure you keep a review to present to the court, if the landlord decides he wants to run this route. (of the times and dates of complaints). Have you tried calling the police? When you decide that you've had plenty, present your evidence to your landlord, and tell them that for this reason, you want to break your lease. In a law lords eyes, he will see in your favor, as long as you prove your case. You may even be able to sue the tenant for the forcing you to move out, which will cause you expenditures that you should not have to ensure.  Good luck
