If your state law requires manager to put that money in to the saving account.yes you should receive adjectives monies plus the intrest.at least i think that's the way it works here within mass.check with your local/state housing authority. If it is a deposit, somewhere in the lease, it states you will not be paid interest on the deposit. I know explicitly how it works in MT. I was a landlady for 15 years.
