I Live In Hays, Kansas, And I Am A Month And A Half Late With My Rent, Due To Job Loss, Now, I Got Job Quickly, Amen, My Apt Manager Said He Would Work Out A Payment Arrangement With Me, I Even Have A Letter Stating That, Now, The Owner, Landlord Has?
Landlord has changed his mind, and is threatening to evict me, giving me a three days notice to pay or quit, what are my rights as a tenant?
