After Some Dies, In What Order Does The Estate Of The Deceased, Use The Monies To Pay Debits, Willed Money, Property, Ect.? I Am Asking As From An Executors Point Of View. Who Gets What, How Much And What About My Siblings?
Answer:
You and your siberlings should get togather and make a living will , if it is the estate of the parents if the deceased be not married or his/her companion is deceased and the deceased has living parents they are subsequent in line if your children are under age, eventually the property become the children of the deceased and has to be shared equally unless one says they don't preference to be invovled this should be inwriting and at that point you give that person their share of the worth of the property in money, surrounded by other words you have to buy that person out,and the others do what they have to do as far as upkeep property taxes etc..anything there is it is to be divided equally...the best to you....
First and foremost any and all debts owed against the estate get salaried first, then goes to what is willed next
