I am currently 4 months pregnant and i have a 5 month old son and my landlord is trying to evict us for nonpayment. It is the middle of the winter here (in the - temps) and i entail to know if it is legal to evict a pregnant women and her infant son son in the state of new york? Please comfort!

I think any-one could be  Evitcted. It doesn't matter if your pregnant. They don't Care. I never heard of any law. That says you cant evict a pregnant mother. And I know your not the first that this has happen to. You can budge down to the court house. And ask for papers to file.you can ask for more time to stay in your Apartment..from a judge. And they will detail you what you need to do down There.. That's all I know about it but you enjoy to file the right papers..I wish you the Best.

Yes they can evict you, but in some places citizens with children get more than 30 days to vacate.
