My Landlord Is Selling My Rental, Do I Still Have To Follow The Lease Agreement?

I want to move and I am wondering if I still have to uphold my end of the occupancy agreement since she is selling the property. I own a six month lease and I want to move sooner but I also want my security deposit back.

Answer:
Your landlord is not following the lease agreement as you enjoy to leave sooner than six month so you do not need to follow the lease agreement. You should not leave until the innkeeper pay your deposit back.
