After Inspecting The Apartment The Landlord Agreeed To Send Me My Deposit. A Week Later The Landlord Called And Said Tthat They Would Not Be Sending Me My Deposit. What Rights Do I Have?
After I moved out, the landlord met me at the aprtment to inspect it. They found the apart in ellecent shape and promised to send my deposit surrounded by two days. A week later the landlord called me and stated that they would not be sending my deposit. They right to be heard that now the apartment is dirty and roach infected and would not be sending my deposit. What can I do to get my deposit?
