When Does A Landlord Need To Replace Carpet?
I am getting ready to rent a duplex but the carpet is really old and I want to know when a innkeeper is required to replace it for health reasons. And how do I request him do so?

Changing of carpet depends upon it's condition. If you suppose the carpet is not worth to use then you can ask the landlord to move it and ask him the time when he would do it.
