You can try to get an order from the court, for 'commital obstentia' by taking incidents that have occur that cause you to fear harm or enjoy him harming himself, and have him commited for observation, and a diagnostic on him. Then once he is admit, and you have the documentation, then you can get the divorce. I strongly suggest you speak to a lawyer, and find out the proper channels to take.
