This is why getting a lease or rental agreement in writing is key. No much help to you immediately but I reckon you still have rights. I would do as Bgirl says and ask for eviction (30 days) in writing. If they don't deliver you could whip it to small claims court.
Why are you being told to vacate, and why did you not have a lease, you can chose to leave or linger around for a written eviction notice and then you will 30 days but If I'm being evicted I would approaching to know the reason....the best to you
