How Often Is The Landlord Suppose To Freshen Up The Paint In An Apartmemt?

I have been living in a rented apartment for the recent past six years, the kitchen and bathroom need to be painted. I want to know how often is the landlord responsible to freshen up the paint?

Answer:
The innkeeper is suppose to freshen up your apartment every 5 years unless there is some unforseen damage to the apartment. This would be something like a flood or fire. The blight would have to be caused by something other than regular wear and tear
The proprietor is supposed to re-paint the house when it is required in about 2 years period. But you should also check next to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
