Is It Lawful For The Apartment Manager To Have Pets But Not To Allow Tenants To Have Pets?

My apartment manager has pets, however, she does not allow the tenants to enjoy a pet unless they are disabled with a doctor's note. My next grill is that my mother visits occasionally and she has an old Chihuahua a small dog. My administrator sent me a 3 day notice or quit regarding the dog. However, she allows other tenant in the apartment to pet sit other tenants dogs on the property. Is this lawful? I would resembling professional information or direct me somewhere I can get the information.

Yes it is lawful. The landlord can hold on to pets and it is up to him/her to whom he/she wants to allow pet in the apartment. All depends on your lease agreement and law of the state.

It have t state it in the lease. So if it don't then let her whip you to court and argue the problem in front of the judge!
