Do I Still Have To Pay Rent After Getting A 30 Days Notice To Move?

On May 21, I was given a notice to move due to my child having a fray with someone who don't live in the apartment complex. He gave me a 30 days spy to move but now I still have to pay rent even though he evicted me.

Answer:
You requirement to run to the landlord/tenant board and talk to them about this. The landlord should not be capable of evict you for something that your child did. Was this on the property? Was there damage to the property? If it was past its sell-by date the property, then the landlord doesn't have a leg to stand on for this. Make sure you draw from to the board as soon as you can, and in the meantime, you might want to look for a lawyer, and a new place to live, because after this, the proprietor will probably look for any reason at all to evict you. You don't want to live in dismay of that. Hope this helps, best of luck to you.
