Is It Legal For A Landloard To Charge Late Fees For Late Fees Due On Rent That Is Paid?
My landloard charges me late fees when my rent is late I undersatand that but if I pay my rent anddon't hold enough to to pay the late fees he charges me 10.00 a afternoon till the late fees are paid is this legal? And any rent to be exact paid after that he uses for the late fees that are left owing. For example I salaried my Oct. Rent he took 300.00 of that to pay late fees so that put me behind on Oct rent is this leagal?
