Am I Responsible For Paying Rent Until My Lease Is Up If There Is Another Tenant In Place Renting?
I am currently in a lease. I needed to break the lease but per the contract i am liable for the rest of the rent until the lease is up. If the landlord finds someone else to live in that residence until that time my actual lease is up and they are paying rent can he still keep charging me for that amount of rent?
