I fell behind with rent for two months due to loss of my job. The proprietor has given me notice to vacate by the end of the month. What are my rights, if any as I enjoy a child and no family with nowhere to go?

-termination for cause and
-termination without effect
If it is termination for cause then you would get 3 to 5 days to correct the error. Here within your case, it is termination for cause. Now you have right to redemption.
