How Do You Get Divorced When You Have A Domestic Violence Case And You Need The Other Party's Signature, But They Refuse?
My husband has been physically abusive within the past and i have actually pressed charges against him. I asked to report for divorce, but he is refusing to sign the papers. I need out because now he is mentally rude and we have 2 young children who don't need to revise from his actions. He is currently in custody with the county due to defilement of his probation and i want divorced before he gets home in 3 years.
