My vehicle was repossied and towed away, and then later it be seen being driven and at a resturant.

Most repo companies insurance does allow us to drive the vehicles....if they call it in as a repo company (to police department), the police departments gives them a reference #, near this and repo insurance yes they can.....me myself have a repo truck but when i repo a car i usually take the saloon to go to the next place and use it for looking for a another car. depending on who the lein holder is (banks or nouns company) we have to hold vehicle for 10 business days. because of this i get a free car to drive for 10 days. but i usually just use it for that one night.
A lot of the companies that don't have the repo truck and one and only keys to the vehicle use this as there mean to repo, so below that way of thinking it is the only way for them to repo cars.
