After Renting A Home For 10 Yrs. Can The Landlord Keep All My Deposit For Repair And Cleaning Costs?
I have rented the same home for 10 yrs which I gave a $500.00 deposit. My lanlord give me a 30 mday notice of intent to sell property and to vacate. In this notice he stated I would not win my security "cleaning" deposit of $500.00 back. Can he do this and what is considered acutal wear and tear after 10 YRs.
