That's a big one ya got there.... If she wants it that discouraging she will take it without your name on the loan. You don't want her sticking you with the debt in the end... If she won't agree to that try selling it and taking a loss on it within this market... She will realize she can't have it both ways it's probably either a house in need my name on the loan or a small bit of cash if there is anything not here after paying the loan when selling it... Personally I would rather start over minus debt if at all possible, but then again i own never been in debt being the bread only person I am....
