You need to ask the landlord or the courts. Most of the time it is 30 days but I would start looking for another place immediately and bring back out as soon as possible. A local attorney you could call one and they would probably know. Each state is probably different so an attorney would have the most accurate advice. I would try and stay away when you look for your subsequent place from telling them you were evicted so they don't use that against you. I am sorry and will keep you within my prayers.
