Unfortunately for you, me and the rest of the legit taxpayers in the country, this is legal. You're right that it is not fair. My feelings is that you shouldn't be given custody to children that you can not afford without government assistance..but again, that is purely my opinion. Too many people pilfer advantage of things like this. Hopefully, the person that you know will not verbs to have more children just to increase the amount of assistance they receive every month.
I guess it is legal if the two minor children or surrounded by need of a good home and with two children sometimes it is frozen to work.
