After 11 Years, How Do I Get My Security Deposit Of $2000 Back?
I have been renting for 11 years at my present residence and I would like to get hold of my deposit of $2,000 back. I am finally moving. What do I need to repair or cleaning before I move? I am sure my tenant will need to put fresh carpet in after 11 years. And also do some fine art due to the paintings and other things I have had on the wall for the amount of years I own lived in my home.
