I Have A Harbour Breeze 3-speed Ceiling Fan. The Fan Runs On All Three Speeds, But It Seems To Me That The Lowest Speed Is Too Fast (at Least Faster Than I Have Seen On Any Other Ceiling Fan). There Is A Difference Between The Low And Medium Speeds.any Ideas?
