We Have Mold Underneath The Vinyl In Our Bathroom, And Are In The Process Of Ripping The Vinyl Up, How To Properly Clean The Mold Before Replacing The Flooring?

I would mix bleach and dampen 50/50 in a spray bottle and wet it down. The mold should disappear within 3 minutes. You can take a humidity cloth and wipe up after mold is gone.
