4 Wires Coming From Junction Box, Fan Has 3 Wires, What To Do?

Answer:
I'd get a voltage tester and see what voltage each wire have.  If it's a 110 volt fan you'll need 1 wire near 110 volts between it and a ground wire(should be green), 1 neutral wire(should be white) with no voltage between it and ground.  You should get 110 volts between one of the other wires and ground and nonpartisan.  You may have 2 wire with 110 volts which if hooked up right would bestow you 220 volts.  If you only use 1 of the 110 volt wires, the neutral and the ground you will have a 110 volt circuit.
