My Three Year Old 40 Gallon Gas Water Heater Has Stopped Heating Water Twice In The Past Two Weeks. Both Times The Pilot Light Was Out And I Was Able To Relight It And Resume Heating Water. The Heater Is Outdoors In A Metal Shed But Wind Has Not Been A Factor. There Is A Filter Screen At The Bottom Of The Heater Which Is Supposed To Be Kept Clean Which I Brushed And As Far As I Can Tell It Is Clean. What Could Be The Possible Cause Of This Problem?
