Mustard's yellow color comes from the herb turmeric and is almost impossible to get out. I always enjoy great success with Lestoil cleaner...it removes just just about every stain out there.
Whatever you do, do not use any cleaner with ammonia in it, as this will set the stain lastingly.
Make sure all the dried mustard particles have be removed. I live in the US, and have had nouns with a product available here called FOLEX. In this region, I can get it at the grocery or at a store approaching Walgreen's. It also removes red wine. It comes in a white spray-type bottle and runs about $9.00 for about a pint and a partly. I swear by this stuff.
