Why My Water Heater Pilot Keeps Going Off?
I live in a mobile home,no basement or foundation around the home, skirting only, happen mostly when is a little windy.

Is the water heating system in an area of the home where the meander can get in?
I would check all around the house to be sure nearby are no areas being infiltrated by the wind. Regardless of whether you find something or not, I would call my local gas (or electric) company to come out and hold a look for you.
