Attach one set of black and red to one set of screws and the other to the other screw and if still doesnt work right switch only one color form each set to a different screw
You must first separate one set of black/red wires, look surrounded by the box and see which wires are paired together. One set of black/red wires goes on the dark screws and the other set go on the brass screws, it doesn't matter which set goes where on earth as long as they are correctly paired
