I Always Make A Chore Chart But Nothing Ever Seems To Get Done On It. How Can I Ensure More Things Get Done?
Answer:
Generally the only thing that can make those chores attain done is you. However, there are certain ways in which you can product it easier for yourself. Your children will usually follow you and so you need to show that you are pulling your weight too. Do things with them and see that they know how to do everything properly. They simply may not want to do something because they don't appreciate it or they are frightened of it. So, ensure nothing is wrong and then think of ways within which you could encourage them to do more chores. Many parents find that by offering toys or treat after a week or so of their children doing chores seems to do the trick. Whilst some may argue that this is bribery it is something that tends to work really ably. So, if all else fails start rewarding them for helping and you should soon see those chores get ticked bad on the chart!
Comment: I agree that parents play a big part in expecting chores to get done around the house. The worst entity you can do is to do your child's chores for them. If they forget to do their chores, leave it undone and they will quickly cram they are responsible for certain household chores. We found this site to be really helpful : Http://www/kidsroutines.com

Answer: Instead of wasting your time on a chore chart, do the chores.
First, what are you putting on your chore chart? Make sure that it is something that really needs to be done especially during the week. Time is precious. If you can try to contract out out some of the chores that need to be done.
Don't put to much on your chart and overwhelm yourself with to much then nil will get done. Be realistic in how much time will really allow you to get hold of done.
