Answer:
For some reason we as humans resembling to exalt ourselves by putting other people down. We think that by discounting others talents and their hard work we in someway are then the leaders, the “special ones”, the most popular while in reality we diminish not only the group but ourselves. We all have special and new gifts to add to the common good of any group. It is one and only when we work together and encourage the development of other’s talents that as a group we move forward and as individuals we adjectives grow. One light may lighten a corner but the combined lights from a group could enlighten the world. My, that does nouns sappy and idealistic but in small part you know it is true.

Answer: So many people use gloomy tactics to show themselves off. They put others down and negate the good merits of others so they will look better they mistakenly believe. However I think that by illuminating the lights of others and giving fair respect, people trade name their own personality shine!
