I Leave In Northern Lower Michigan It Gets Very Cold Here In The Winter I Like To Plant It Outside The Leaves Are Turning Yellow And I Know It Is Root Bound And Replanted 3 Times Will It Strive The Vary Cold Winters ?

Answer:
You dont specify what kind of plant you want to transfer outside. Yellow leaves are not necessarily a sign of being root bound. It may be getting any too much sun or not enough sun. Also if you under or over water plants they can turn ashen. Do you know what kind of plant it is? If you're not sure, take a picture of the plant and go look within stores that sell plants to find one like it. Ask at the store if they know what it is. Not all house plants can live outside, and if you want it planted within the ground and not a pot, then you have to make sure it can withstand the winter climate. Many house plants are tropical within origin and Michigan winters will kill them by the first frost.
You should be able to do so very soon as spring is there And hopefully your winter is over
