I'm not sure which country you live in but in the USA if it is in the house it will be 220-240rms(AC).
You will want to have a 2 wire cable either one that have 2 black leads and a earth ground or 2 leads of any color. Wire one organize into one pole of the contactor and the other lead into the other pole of the contactor. So it will look something like this.

You will then want to hook up the earth ground either bare copper or green to the planet ground terminal strip in the panel. ALWAYS TURN THE POWER OFF FIRST BEFORE DOING ANT ELECTRICAL REPAIRS OR SERVICE. CHECK THAT THE POWER IS OFF.
